Hi. I’m Natasha. You can call me Nat.
Aside from being a mind-body nutrition coach and independent health researcher, here are some must-know facts about me, and some that just don’t matter but I like to share.
I am an avid chef, and used to have a catering company! Ironic, I know, given my disordered eating past, but it was never about the food so much as expressing myself through an art, and serving others.
I’m fully recovered from over 20 years of anorexia and bulimia.
I was the founder and co-owner of an International Freight Company
I lived on a dairy in the south island of New Zealand with 2 European Burmese cats for a short, but favorite, chapter of my life.
I wear nearly exclusively life-is-good t-shirts and shorts.
Favorite toe nail polish color- OPI saddleback orange ( I don’t paint my fingernails because I cook and garden too much… only my toenails in summertime.)
Favorite color- tangerine orange, unless it’s my bike. All bikes should be red.
I believe popcorn and oatmeal should have their own respective food groups.
I love tornadoes and storms (I’m an Okie at heart still.)
I watch Friends re-runs every night.
Favorite team: OSU cowboys Go Pokes!
Dream job: marine biologist studying sea horses
I’m a piano teacher part-time and forever working on the Grieg concerto (one day I will cross this off, so you know where I am at if you are still reading this…)
I detest raisins in my cookies and in pilaf.
I love accounting and math.
I usually have sunglasses on my head.
I have 2 cats: Baxter Willoughby Graham (“BW”) and Emerson Pooh Oliver (“Ee-poo”)
We are bee-keepers.
I love photography.
And finally, grapefruit makes my eyes sweat.
